Today is all about the not pretty parts of being a professional artist.
One of those parts? Researching and note taking.
Today, I’m researching a thing for a thing (and that’s about all I can tell you. Ha!)
I also have orders to pack and send off to the post office, a painting to varnish so I can send it off to its new home, and some preliminary sketches for said earlier thing.
Oh, and a surprise commission to work on, too.
In the last couple of weeks or so I have also been getting a “download” of sorts for my next online art journaling class.
I don’t know when, but I do know what.
Ideas have been flying at me so fast I can barely write them down fast enough. I love this feeling… this happened when I was developing the Magic Forest, also. That was my first ever solo online course, I released it in February and it now has over 70 students. I’m blown away and excited about the art that is being created as a result of that class.
Overall, I never lack in work that needs to be done. I’m off to work.
You sound busy and very creative. I love this.
